Although it got slow later on, it’s quite nice even with its age.

A machine goes back in time to save it’s reprogrammer from another machine that was created thanks to another instance of that first machine having been sent back in time to kill that reprogrammer’s mother which created the timeline that made the machines in the first place. Or something.

A great movie, although I’m not sure if it could be watched on it’s own. Thankfully The Terminator – (1984 movie) is a must-watch.

A man works to develop an artificial intelligence for a secret military robot soldier project.

With a dark, calm tone, this movie brushes up against all the right topics. It encourages strong empathy for artificial intelligence in a way rarely seen elsewhere, and I find it deeply moving. Very highly recommended.

A hacker screws around with a game company’s server, causing an artificial intelligence to stir up the military.

Both quaint and awesome. It doesn’t hold up over time, so it does have to be understood in the context of it’s era. Still recommended if you’re old enough to do so.
